Jellies
Crab Apple
Made with locally grown crab apples. Tart fruity and slightly sweetened, this ruby coloured jelly is a perfect accompaniment to everything from drop cookies to ice cream.
Rhubarb
This may be a jelly you have never heard of, try it. This jelly is a tart, slightly sweetened jewel. There are no fibres in this produce (it is a jelly), its jelled mounds are a splendid accompaniment from scones at high tea to breakfast toasts with cheese spread.
Marmalades
Lemon
Nothing but lemons. This single citrus marmalade has changed the mind of many non-marmalade breakfasters. It has a pleasant but potent lemon flavour (not sour) that is reminiscent of homemade lemon meringue pie. Spiked with thin slivers of the lemon rind, this marmalade is a refreshing change from the store bought orange versions.
